Fluid Truck Share: A Disappointing Experience

As a user of Fluid Truck Share, I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed with their service after experiencing numerous issues during my reservation. From delayed responses to incorrect information, it seemed like the company's execution was lacking.

My initial reservation was due to end, but instead of receiving a seamless extension, I started receiving threatening text messages about demobilizing our vehicle if we didn't pay to extend our reservation. We were reassured that our reservation would be extended free of charge, which turned out to be a lie. After many apologies from the service rep, we finally got access to the truck, but it was already 1.5 hours past the scheduled start time.

To make matters worse, I called customer service and was hung up on twice while trying to troubleshoot the app to open the vehicle. When I rebooked with them, they gave me the wrong location to pick up the vehicle. It's clear that Fluid Truck needs to improve their communication and execution.

Despite these issues, I still believe that Fluid Truck has potential as a great idea for a commercial vehicle sharing platform. Their companion web application offers powerful admin tools, real-time vehicle route tracking, driver scheduling, and rental protection plans. With flexible rentals by the hour, day, or week, and easy mobile pick-up and drop-off from nearby locations in minutes, it's an attractive option for those who need to rent a box truck or cargo van.

However, Fluid Truck needs to address these issues and improve their customer service to truly deliver on their promise. As a user, I expect a certain level of professionalism and reliability, and unfortunately, my experience fell short.
